Mom's Pull-Apart Caramel Rolls
Ingredients
- 2 tubes country biscuits, cut into fourths
- ¾ cup granulated sugar (for sauce)
- ¾ cup light brown sugar
- ¾ cup butter
- ¾ cup vanilla ice cream
- ½ cup granulated sugar (for coating)
- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
Directions
- Whisk ½ cup sugar and cinnamon together and place some of the mixture in a medium bowl or tub of some sort
- One at a time, place a chunk of biscuit dough in the sugar and shake/roll to evenly coat
- Put dough chunks in a lightly greased 9x13 pan
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Melt and combine the ¾ sugar, brown sugar, butter and ice cream on low heat until everything seems well mixed
- Cover the dough chunks in the pan with the melted caramel sauce
- Bake for 20 minutes
- Take out of the oven, and flip the 9x13 pan onto a larger sheet pan. The caramel sauce should pool underneath the cooked rolls.
