Red Wine Garlic Butter Spread
Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter, room temperature
- 2 sticks margarine, room temperature
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 tbsp red wine, cabernet sauvignon
- 2 tbsp white wine, chardonnay
- 2 tbsp shallots, finely minced
- 1 tbsp garlic, finely minced
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
Optional Ingredients
- 5 dashes hot sauce
Directions
- Beat the butter and margarine together for 1 minute in a mixer on the lowest speed
- Use a whip attachment and whip the mixture together for 5 minutes
- Add all the other ingredients, mix and whip until everything is incorporated
- Use right away or refrigerate
