Red Wine Garlic Butter Spread

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter, room temperature
  • 2 sticks margarine, room temperature
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 tbsp red wine, cabernet sauvignon
  • 2 tbsp white wine, chardonnay
  • 2 tbsp shallots, finely minced
  • 1 tbsp garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tbsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce

Optional Ingredients

  • 5 dashes hot sauce

Directions

  1. Beat the butter and margarine together for 1 minute in a mixer on the lowest speed
  2. Use a whip attachment and whip the mixture together for 5 minutes
  3. Add all the other ingredients, mix and whip until everything is incorporated
  4. Use right away or refrigerate
