Black Pepper Jerky Seasoning

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp kosher salt
  • ¾ tsp garlic powder
  • ¾ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp mustard powder
  • 1 tbsp black pepper (whole peppercorns)
  • ½ tsp white pepper

Optional Ingredients

  • ½ tsp liquid smoke

Directions

  1. Grind all the whole spices in a spice grinder
  2. Mix everything together and add to meat for 1-2 day fridge curing
This is the amount of seasoning used per pound of ground meat. If you use curing salt, use 2 tsp instead of 1 tbsp.
