Old Fashioned

Ingredients

• 2 oz bourbon
• ½ oz simple syrup
• 2-3 dashes bitters (angostura, orange, cardamom, peychaud’s)
• 1 orange peel
• 1 luxardo maraschino cherry

Directions

1. Fill glass with ice cubes or large sphere
2. Fill in with bourbon, syrup and bitters.
3. Stir until ice starts to melt
4. Twist orange peel over ice to release oils
5. Garnish with orange peel and cherry
