Goes well with toasted crusty bread
Ingredients
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 14oz can san marzano tomatoes
- 2 tbsp garlic
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- salt to taste
Directions
- In a saucepan, cook garlic in oil for a few minutes
- Add everything else, bring up to a simmer
- Let simmer for at 20-30 minutes
- Mix very well with an immersion or standard blender. This sauce/dip will separate easily.
