Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ tsp kosher salt
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400
- Mix everything except butter into a thick batter, leave at room temp
- Put pan in oven for 2 minutes
- Take pan out, put a small amount of butter in each cup
- Fill each cup half-way with batter
- Bake for 40 minutes
Notes
This recipe works best with a popover pan that has 12 smaller cups instead of the traditional 6 cup pan. For a 6 cup pan, bake at 450 for 20 minutes, then 300 for 20 minutes
