Pizza Dough


This recipe will make enough dough for 4 personal sized pizzas

Ingredients

  • 3 ½" all purpose flour
  • 1 ½" cups warm water
  • 2 ¼ tsp yeast
  • 1 tbsp kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp sugar (only for quick rise)

Directions

  1. Put yeast in water, let sit for 10 minutes
  2. Add sugar to flour if doing one hour rise
  3. Mix everything together
  4. Knead dough until very elastic
  5. Separate into four dough balls, put in 4 containers sprayed with cooking spray and cover
  6. Let rise for an hour on the counter or overnight in the fridge
