This recipe will make enough dough for 4 personal sized pizzas
Ingredients
- 3 ½" all purpose flour
- 1 ½" cups warm water
- 2 ¼ tsp yeast
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp sugar (only for quick rise)
Directions
- Put yeast in water, let sit for 10 minutes
- Add sugar to flour if doing one hour rise
- Mix everything together
- Knead dough until very elastic
- Separate into four dough balls, put in 4 containers sprayed with cooking spray and cover
- Let rise for an hour on the counter or overnight in the fridge
