Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp liquid smoke
- 1 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp mustard seed
- 1 tsp fennel seed
- 1 tsp crush red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp curing salt
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp onion powder
- 1 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
Directions
- Grind all the whole spices in a spice grinder
- Mix everything together and add to meat for a 1-2 day fridge curing
