Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups yellow mustard
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3/4 cup beer
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 tsp liquid smoke
- 1 tsp hot sauce
Directions
- Heat over very low heat until it just starts to bubble. Taste as it cooks to make sure the ‘raw’ alcohol flavor of the beer is gone.
