Ingredients
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp mustard powder
- 1 tbsp black pepper (whole peppercorns)
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
Optional Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp liquid smoke
Directions
- Grind all the whole spices in a spice grinder
- Mix everything together and add to meat for 1-2 day fridge curing
Notes
This is the amount of seasoning used per pound of ground meat. If you use curing salt, use 2 tsp instead of 1 tbsp.
